Welcome to Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous Toronto.
OCA Toronto is a peer support group, for people affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Meetings are open to those with OCD, as well as their supporters. OCA is rooted in the 12 Step Program and is affiliated with OCA World Services. There are no dues or fees, and no registration is necessary.
The confidential meetings employ various formats including video, personal stories, and thematic presentations etc., but the voluntary sharing of our experience, strength and hope is at the heart of every meeting.
Members also have the opportunity to exchange phone numbers and email addresses, join our confidential Facebook group and/or borrow resources related to recovery from OCD. We have found that by incorporating suggestions from the program into our lives, that we are granted significant relief from our OCD.
Those of us at OCA who are receiving professional help for OCD have found this program a welcome addition. You are no longer alone!
